Pask Gimblett Gravels Sauvignon Blanc 2024

The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc gives a tropical burst of aroma in the glass, a lovely blend of lemon, lime and guava, complimented by a hint of nuttiness and creaminess from the 15% barrel fermented portion. On the taste, it has a lovely texture that coats the palate with flavours of baked pineapple and mango, all still with that distinct taut Sauvignon Blanc acid drive. There is a subtle hint of vanilla which give the palate weight and breadth.
