The Grounded Cru style of sparkling blends bright and fresh young parcels harmoniously with the elegant nuances provided by select components from previous vintages. Our NV Adelaide Hills Sparkling offers a perfumed nose of citrus and strawberries with a hint of toasty complexity. The palate displays up front flavours of lemon and lime, mingling amongst red berries and honey. Time on yeast lees post ferment has resulted in a beautifully creamy palate with tremendous length of flavour. This is a beautifully balanced sparkling offering brightness, flavour and complexity.
